Crown Center
- Hallmarks magnificent contribution to the restoration of what was a
thoroughly blighted area of Kansas City. As they put it, "Children
journey to a whimsical world in which they can explore their
surroundings and expand their imagination in a hands-on,
success-guaranteed environment." The Crown Center also is home to some
70 shoppes and restaurants with no shortage of things to purchase.
And strictly for
your (and your tribe's) amusement...
Worlds of Fun
- A 175 acre fun park. Greatly heralded is the new (in 2004) Spinning
Dragons, a wild, spinning roller. They haven't forgotten the younger
set, however, and have an assortment of rides and attractions for them
as well.
